"The place is close to amenities and stores and shops and restaurants and transportation and sights but the staff particularly one lady named carol she is very rude and not helpful at all plus I was transferred from one room to another and with out notice they will move you and before you know it you are on another room already "

"The hotel should be called a youth hostel for it´s strcuture. When we arrived it wasn´t even finished yet and several works were still happening. The room was very poor and dirty, old wall air conditioning, the toilet is very old low quality material. When we complained on the reception the manager was very nice and offered us an upgrade. The room was bigger but still very simple, the bathroom was just as bad as the other one and all the works going on on the hotel made it hard to sleep after...
