STUDIO: king bed and queen sofa sleeper in living room. 1 Full Bathroom. A kitchenette that is equipped with a half-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The living space boasts a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV and balcony.

Located in the Lift House Lodge, guests enjoy a collection of on-site amenities designed to elevate the Vail experience. The highlight is the fourth-floor rooftop hot tub, a guest favorite and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain—soak under open skies while taking in the alpine atmosphere, whether it’s fresh snowfall in winter or crisp mountain air in summer. Additional conveniences include elevator access to all floors and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Lift House Lodge Pet Policy & Fees:
We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $45 per dog, per night applies. Please note that Airbnb only allows a flat pet fee to be collected at the time of booking. If your stay requires additional pet fees (e.g., longer stays or multiple dogs beyond the flat amount charged by Airbnb), we will:
1. Send a payment request for the remaining balance through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking,
2. OR You may choose to pay the additional pet fees at check-in at the Lift House Lodge.


Parking: Lift House Lodge does not offer on-site parking. Paid parking is available at the Lionshead Parking Structure, approximately a 5-minute walk away through Lionshead Village, with overnight rates typically ranging from $45–$75 per night. Rates vary and are subject to change; please check the Town of Vail website for current pricing. The main entrance is located on the first floor of the Lionshead Mall, near Montauk Restaurant. Because Lift House Lodge is conveniently located in the heart of Lionshead Village, a vehicle is not necessary for most stays. Guests who prefer not to rent a car may wish to use airport transportation, shared shuttles, or private car services for travel to and from Vail.

Luggage Assistance Upon Arrival: Please provide your approximate arrival time prior to your stay. If you would like luggage assistance, please arrange it with our Front Desk in advance. When scheduled ahead of time and staff is available at your arrival time, our team will do their best to meet you at the Lionshead Parking Structure with a luggage cart and assist with transporting your luggage to Lift House Lodge.
For after-hours arrivals or when luggage assistance has not been arranged, luggage carts are available at the Lift House Lodge main entrance on the first floor of the Lionshead Mall, near Montauk Restaurant.
Note: This condo does not have air conditioning; at 8,000 feet elevation, opening the balcony door typically cools the condo

Please provide the front desk with a reliable phone number where you can be reached in case staff or maintenance needs access to the room while your dog is alone. This will help us ensure your pet's safety and address any necessary room maintenance promptly.


LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter season, and $30 per night non-winter season. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead parking garage is $60/overnight (along with hourly daytime rates that vary).

The Lift House hot tub is available for our guests' enjoyment and is located on the fourth floor.
