“The room was fine but we didn’t know the room we booked was actually a tiny compound separated from the main hotel by looking at the online photos. The room we had was without any privacy as there is only the ground floor (and basement) and everyone walking by the road could see us. We didn’t feel safe as well. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The wine tasting was very enjoyable. Hospitality was great.”

“We loved the location and the place was clean, view was excellent, and on the shady side which was great. However the communication of staff was terrible. We didn’t get important email with important instructions until way too late. No elevator code and no access to laundry. We had to ask for clean towels and for garbage to be taken away. The balcony furniture was not comfy and falling apart, slivers in our butt! And we also had to ask for one extra coffee cup (only had one) and a glass for……
