“Room was a mess. Staff was challenging. Room cleaned once in 3 days. In an undesirable location. WiFi was ok”

“Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. I did not feel like having my kids……

“Very easy check-in. Very nice views and easy access to wine country. Loved the gas fireplace and large soaker tub.”

“This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is.”
