"Nice clean apt"

"Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture."

"Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean. Dishwasher had to be reattached to counter, it was falling out. The main problem was that during the first few weeks of our stay a...
