“A good place to stay between housing and a good place to recover”

“The property was okay... the shower had a little dripping throughout the night it wouldn't turn completely off.... I was seeking a room closer to the elevator or stairway because I had a nice amount of items to carry...I stayed four days..The clerk claims he didn't have any more rooms available but it looked like there were a lot of available rooms... Also the Wi-Fi was going in and out on my phone... It wasn't steady I had to keep playing with it... Other than that, it was okay”

“This was my second time attempting to stay at this hotel, and I had previously stayed here for a period of time, so I had a certain level of trust in this property. However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible……

“Mold all on the bathroom floors, non working tv and outlets, no customer service whatsoever, rude receptionist, no signs posted so easy to get lost, and no elevator. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!!”
