We checked in during night time. After settling in the room, decided to take the shower, however water was not draining in the washroom. I have to leave the shower in between and called the front desk. It was already 10:30 pm or 11 pm and the front desk asked me to wait, so that someone can come to the room and open the clogged shower area. I insisted to change the room. They agreed to change the room, but it was an Unpleasant experience.

Shuttle bus never came, myself and 5 other people were stuck waiting for it for more than 3 hours. Printer machine wasn’t working they could not provide us with any paper work. Also called ahead to confirm something and when I got to the hotel I was told something completely different. Staff was friendly but seemed very disorganized to me

For $325 a night, this hotel is in need of some serious upgrades. The room smelled old and musty, and when we used the air conditioner, it released an old dirty smell. We couldn't open the windows because there were no screens on them. The outside of both windows was covered in bird poop, and the windows themselves were dirty inside too, so we didn't even want to have the curtains open. Overall, an old musty motel that happens to be next to the airport so it's super convenient.
