"Staff were lovely and very helpful Room was clean Location is great Hotel overall is very out dated. Would have been a 5 star hotel back in the 80’s/90’s. Would stay again if it was a good deal otherwise will stay somewhere else in the future "

"My daughter and I had a heck of a time checking in as my credit card is a virtual card- there is no chip to tap and they cannot enter manually- they charged $300 to my debit- leaving my bank account very short for our planned evening- The app for parking wasn’t connecting When we exited the elevator there were garbage bags infront of the doors- having to move them to exit The neighbors on either side of us exited their rooms leaving doors to slam behind them at all hours of the night There was a coffee pod left in the machine, and the fridge was dirty When leaving to check out- again garbage infront of the elevator needing to be moved before passing through, as well as a maids cart- made it very difficult to maneuver myself, a toddler and luggage through a hallway "

"After two lovely stays at the Pan Pacific Hotel, I've always wanted to return for my future trips. I had to do a quick business trip and booked the Premier Room with the Waterfront and northshore views. Upon arrival, the front desk was very friendly and efficiently completed the check-in process. With the key cards, off I went to my room. As soon as I opened the door, I was blown away by the view of the northshore mountains. A quick tea break was a great opportunity to take in the beautiful view out the large windows and settle in. The room was spotless, and so spacious that I did a bodyweight workout between the king bed and TV. Quality communal toiletries and super soft, clean towels made for an enjoyable shower before dinner. The dinner at Five Sails was a pleasant surprise and one of my best and unforgettable fine-dining experiences ever. After dinner, I went back to my room and streamed a bit. Soon after, I called it a night. The comfortable bed and pillows made it so easy to fall asleep. The sound insulation is so good that the early departing guests didn't wake me up the next morning. The fully stocked coffee station with Lavazza coffee machine and pods came in handy for my morning coffee without having to step out of the room. The staff were able to accommodate my last minute late checkout request, so I could attend an unexpected work meeting that came up.
