“Sehr schöner Hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und sehr gutem Service. Wir sind um 9:45 angekommen, weil wir einen frühreren Flug gehabt haben und, trotzdem wurde unser Zimmer um 10:15 fertig und die Zimmerreinigung ebenfalls für uns Prio genommen. (obwohl die Check-in Zeit um 15:00) gewesen wäre. Am Abfugstag, wurden uns Launchpakete vorbereitet. Es war eine 10/10 in jedem Aspekt (Ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, der ausgewöhnliche Meerblick und die ganz sauberen Zimmer)! - Wien ”

“Apartment was clean, bright and lovely to stay in for 8 nights. The owner is great and helped us a lot. The room gets cleaned every day, we got fresh towels, coffee pods, shower gel. It’s 10 min walk to the beach, which was great. There’s a few restaurants and cafes close by. There’s no public transport or taxis local, one bus that’s irregularly runs, so best to rent a car and get around. ”

Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional.
That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh……
