We had a very good stay in this cozy B&B. Our room was clean and spacious, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Central and walkable location but very quiet at the same time! Fresh and tasty breakfast with good selection included! Very friendly and professional staff! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Paolo and his wife provided world-class service from beginning to end. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They always answered my phone calls and texts quickly and took the time to answer every question I had. The room was perfect—beautifully decorated with a lovely European style, extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The breakfast was fantastic! There were so many options, including a wonderful selection of pastries, different types of coffee and tea, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. I traveled with my mom and my mother-in-law, both of whom are in their 80s, so having such thoughtful and attentive hosts made our experience even more special. Paolo and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. They gave us directions multiple times, helped us communicate with the water taxi, and even arranged for us to be dropped off as close to the property as possible. Location was perfect you walked 3 minutes you have shops restaurant all major attractions were with the 15-20 minutes walk the water taxi only 5 minutes Thank you

Great location near vaporetto stop. Owners extremely kind, attentive and helpful. Small detailed like a bottle of prosecco and fresh delicious coffee in the morning, big plus. The room was a good size for Venice very large bathroom and extremely clean. Thank you guys for making our stay so pleasant!

We loved our stay. The people who hosted us were so kind and accommodating. It’s a little hard to find, as things are in Venice, but everything was lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, good, including very sweet host, but I highlight a few of the less-good things so as to provide useful feedback: The bed (especially the linens) were very uncomfortable - it was like sleeping on newspaper. The breakfast was not at all special or great -- it was just store-bought stuff and eggs. I couldn't go to the bathroom after checking out of my room - that was weird.
