trashy crack motel. desk lady yelled at another guest in front of my 8 year old granddaughter. sketchy people on bicycles coming and going day and night.

I reserved a two bed and got only one. Not worth the price.. the bed was old and can fill the springs. Pillows like a rock. Restroom was for handicap person. Window would not open to vent in restroom. Asking for a refund

The rating should be below zero & and this property should not be listed thru expedia. My door to room seemed ajar like if it had been kicked in & didn't close properly Bathroom door didn't close either.The floor had holes with duck tape. Graffiti edged into the walls. Pool was empty and property not as advertised The lady in the sweat box of a lobby was very rude as well. She insulted us in front of other customers when we told her the room was terrible. Please don't stay here especially with children. Not safe environment.

Check in person was not very friendly. Other occupants of the hotel were up until 3am making noise. Very hard to sleep here. Feels like your room has been lived in for a long time, very dated and not welcoming. Pool was halfway filled and very black inside. Would not recommend.

It was an incredible experience, I loved the whole jumanji vibe and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Seemed to care about our feelings. Excellent stay!!

Felt unsafe as soon as I drove into the parking lot. People standing outside of their door. Seeing who comes in and out. Bathroom shower had mold in it and we did not shower. Conditions of room was poor. But one bright thing is that I did sleep very comfortable despite everything. The rates were very low.

Terrible customer service. Walls were paper thin and music was loud in other rooms until 2AM. Deteriorating rooms, mattresses and sheets.

It's the worst place I have ever stayed. Old and run down, no water pressure in the shower, the microwave was dirty, paint chipped, swimming pool was great, bathroom door wouldn't close, bugs, no ice machine, homeless women sitting on the stairs to the office. The towel rack was broken, and they used string to fix it instead of buying a new one.

Seriously the most run down property we have ever stayed at. It had vinyl flooring so at least no gross carpet. Curtains frayed and worn, bathroom fixtures old and funky. No light in the closet or overhead lights so it was dark, maybe a good thing with it so old and dated. On the plus side, the rooms smelled of Pinesol, and the sheets were clean, but the bed spreads were old and worn so we folded them down immediately. Mini Fridge worked fine, micro worked fine, A/C blew cold, there was a little coffee pot in room, so bring a gallon of water and extra coffee if you intend to make coffee. The one pod was not enough to get anything but colored water. The room was loud with street traffic, and what we were guessing was a family upstairs with kids who were up late into the night running around. uggg. The parking lot was well lite, but with the thin, frayed curtains we could not get the room dark. Beds were comfortable enough. Pool was not working and most likely never will be fixed. Thankfully we were only needing a bed to sleep on, and spent our time out and about. Good and affordable food options on Ventura pier which was an easy 10 minute walk, but 1/2 of it was closed so not very impressive. Quite a few picnic tables on the pier so a picnic would be an easy option for families. There were lots of convenience stores within a few miles. The price was the best thing about the inn, with rooms so expensive in the SB area, this made it affordable but it was FUNKY.
