“The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the……

“Personeel zeer vriendelijk, parkeren is er een luxe vlak voor het hotel , kamer zeer schoon . Ontbijt perfect maar het avondeten bezorgt door een traiteur beviel ons minder . We hebben dat gemeld en er werd gevraagd welk punt kon verbeteren , er werd ook een compensatie aangeboden voor het ongemak.”

“The hotel is in the middle of an Industrial state and the day we stayed a Saturday night everything was closed. The staff were nice enough but not overly helpful or welcoming. It felt to us (we have travelled a lot both for work and holidays) that this hotel was a training hotel for anyone that wanted to enter hospitality. The food was ok but not exceptional. The parking was very easy on the property. It is also a hotel that is used for tour groups because there is a lot to see in the area……

“Comfortable beds and rooms. Looks like everything was recently renovated. Breakfast was well done with a surprising amount of choices, and the breakfast room was pretty. Just a couple minutes from the chateau and easy parking. ”

“This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk.”

“总体来讲还不错，房间清洁、大人双人床是大床，酒店在一个村镇边的山坡上。唯一遗憾的是，本来是想体验住城堡的感觉的，谁知道网上提供的泳池景观房不在城堡里面，而在后来在城堡外山脚下新建的泳池边的小平房里，城堡里晚上10点后还锁门，泳池房像为遗弃的孩子。好在当地治安不错，否则我们一定担心死安全问题。因此，想体验城堡住宿的，千万不要订泳池景观房。酒店的早餐很一般。”
