“The place was not cleaned well. The water was off we had to call the front desk. The Diswasher was fully of dishes. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No paper towel in the kitchen, not even one to start. The wall in the kitchen was dirty”

“We very much enjoyed our stay, the suite was just as pictured and very clean which I appreciated. The pool area was very nice as well. I get a family atmosphere kind of vibe. Will definitely be returning. I love the little town and the Alpineglow across the street has great food. ”

“My friends and planned a fun ski weekend in VT. Unfortunate when we arrived the room felt neglected when we walked in. The pull out couch was dusty and stained in multiple areas. The sheets provided for the pull out couch were also stained. After a long ski day we were looking forward to a warm shower and the water took over 30 minutes to even feel remotely warm. We were also excited to enjoy the “all season” porch advertised on their website. However we were disappointed to see it was closed……
