Fantastic view on lake and mountains

Low prices for summer 2019. The price is valid for 6 persons without increase.

Totally renovated Ticino villa for a romantic holiday. Very idyllic, quiet location. Small basin for children 2 to 2 m. Great for relaxing, swimming, sightseeing and golfing.
In 5 minutes you are for swimming on Lake Lugano or Lido di Lugano with swimming pools for adults and children, outdoor and indoor pool.
It has 8 golf courses nearby. The nearest 18 hole course from Lugano is only 3 km away. It is a very well maintained beautiful course with large driving range and a great restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking Das 18. Hole. Highly recommended kitchen.


There are several ways to climb the great mountains all around. Be it by cogwheel train, gondola, car or on foot.

Once on the Monte Lema, a Dord away from the Casa Beatrice, by gondola, reachable.
Either you enjoy the view above, allow yourself something in the mountain restaurant and drive down again. It is also a nice hike to walk downstairs. It is wonderful. Duration about 3 hours.

You can also drive nearby to Caslano, park there and walk around Monte Caslano. A large part is directly along the lake. Perfectly.

A trip to Como, Milano and Varese are highly recommended. Good shopping in Varese. Great old town with many small shops are not too expensive. Como with its world famous Lake Como is unmissable.

Would you like to drive to the other side of Monte Ceneri? About 1 hour so worth the visit of Bellinzona with the castle and the old town. UNESCO.
Furthermore, Ascona is always worth a visit.

Haus Beatrice in Vernate
Das Haus befindet sich an einmaliger Lage am Ende einer Strasse mit einem wunderbaren Garten in dem wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unsere Hunde konnten das grosse Gelände geniessen, einziger Nachteil für Hunde, man kann keinen Abendrundgang machen. Die Besitzerin Frau Screve war bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit, nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank.

Paradies im Tessin

Urlaub mit herrlicher Aussicht
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Casa Beatrice sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt mit traumhaftem Blick oberhalb des Luganer Sees. Der Garten ist ein Traum und sucht seinesgleichen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne einmal wieder kommen.

Superbe séjour !
Magnifique maison, propre et confortable et proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Le point de vue est magique et on peut passer des heures dans ce magnifique jardin. Le seul petit bémol : personne n’est là pour vous accueillir et les instructions laissées sont en allemand. On peut se sentir un peu perdus au début quand ce n’est pas sa langue… Cela étant dit, la propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible au téléphone pour toute question, ce qui est vraiment rassurant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Ein wahres Paradies
Dieses Ferienhaus können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Alles ist perfekt und entspricht zu 100% dem Inserat, besser gesagt es übertrifft die Erwartungen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage mit dieser Aussicht ist einfach nur genial. Wir haben das Haus 2 Wochen gemietet und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wer mal 2 Wochen im schönsten Teil der Schweiz, das Tessin Ferien machen will und etwas Besonderes erleben möchte, muss dieses Ferienhaus mieten und einfach nur Geniessen.

Ferien im kleinen Paradies
Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Woche im wunderschön gelegenen Casa Beatrice. Wir genossen die Ruhe und die traumhafte Aussicht auf die Palmen, den See und die Berge. Das Haus ist schön renoviert und praktisch eingerichtet. Ebenfalls ist der Garten sehr schön und im kleinen Pool kann man sich auch als Erwachsener gut abkühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder😍😍😍😍

wir durften 1 Woche in der Casa Beatrice verbringen und haben es sehr genossen. Ruhe, ein unbeschreiblicher Ausblick, ein super toll ausgestattetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt (außer ggf. einem Grill). Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten auch vorab sehre freundlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Die Umgebung ist für viele unterschiedliche Unternehmungen geeignet. Kultur, Baden, Wandern, Sightseeing u. a.

Das ältere Haus wurde innen liebevoll und gemütlich modernisiert, ist sauber und hat einen unglaublichen und einzigartigen Ausblick über den See. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich und auf die Wünsche der Gäste bedacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Haus für uns allein in traumhafter Lage
Die Casa Beatrice befindet sich in einmaliger Lage am Ende einer Straße, kaum einsehbar. Da das Haus hervorragend geschnitten ist, haben wir uns, obwohl wir es nur zu zweit bewohnt haben, sehr wohl darin gefühlt und es nicht als zu groß empfunden. Der Ausblick aus jedem Fenster ist eine Offenbarung, die Umgebung traumhaft und äußerst ruhig. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet, eine Wohltat. Die Vermieterin hat sich sofort und persönlich sehr nett darum gekümmert und mich kontaktiert, als anfangs systembedingt mit meiner Buchung etwas nicht geklappt hat. Ein besonderer Vorteil des Gebäudes ist auch die schnelle Anbindung zur Autobahn in etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten. Das Gemüse, das uns der Hausverwalter, der sehr selten vorbeischaut, aus seinem eigenen Garten mitgebracht hat, ist ein Gedicht. Einzig die schmale Zugangsstraße, die zu diesem Grundstück und den Nachbargrundstücken führt, benötigt an einigen Stellen eine hoffentlich baldige Sanierung. Wir buchen sicher in den nächsten Jahren mal wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf.

Phantastische Lage, hervorragende Ausstattung und ein herzlicher Empfang!!!
Das Grundstück verfügt über mehrere Aufenthaltsbereiche, die allesamt beeindruckend sind. Es ist sehr gepflegt und wir hatten auf das Feuerwerk am 1.08.18 einen hervorragenden Ausblick. Von hier aus kann man viele Unternehmungen starten - z.B. Stadtbesichtigungen oder in den Bergen wandern. Das nahe gelegene Schwimmbad bot bei der enormen Hitze eine wunderbare Abkühlung. Das Haus ist individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot hervorragenden Komfort. Die Betten waren unschlagbar!!
