The staff was friendly and helpful,but the property was poorly cleaned and maintained.

I have always wanted to stay at The Hotel Bentley and finally had a chance. The lobby is beautiful, the restoration makes you feel as if you stepped back in time. The restaurant and the room that I stayed in, not so much. It's obvious where money was and wasn't spent. The check-in was great and the food in the restaurant was so good! I would definitely eat there again when I'm in town, just wished that the restaurant "felt" like 1908, definitely a missed design opportunity!

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't like being approached as I was trying to leave after checking out by people from the street, sweating and wanting me to give them a ride. That made me feel a bit unsafe, and it was right outside the lobby where I checked out. I did raise a concern that some people were walking up, when I was checking out.

No hot tub Negatives: 1st room had a broken door knob. Then, we were moved, and had to have the key cards rescanned 3 times to get one that worked. Pool was nasty. Positives: room was clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was great.

The staff was amazing all for the manager who was rude and clearly did not care about her guest or their stay. There was old furniture and junk all over the pool area. Advertised as an indoor pool and it was outside but covered.
