“Staff not up to standard. Check in staff not familiar with the hotel computer system, said cant find my booking record. Finally another staff show her the instructions, then found it. For more than 6 hours, housekeeping staff still not make up the room, and I have reminded her personally and need to ask Reception staff to make her do the work. Location is not easy to find, and room is relatively small.”

"Location is truly superb on Rue Cler, in an old style 19th century Haussmannian building which is beautiful. Rue Cler is a famous pedestrian market street located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France. Although the rooms are a little small the hotel staff are superb, attentive and very friendly. They went out of their way to help me retrieve a lost item. I can’t thank them enough and we would stay there again."

"Very near the Tower of Eiffel. Walk to tower within 5 mins. Near to the Metro station. A lot of restaurant nearby the hotel. You have a lof of choice. Also have supermarket within 10 mins walking time. The staff is helpful."

"The hotel has a great location — close to the Eiffel Tower, with a Korean supermarket and a local supermarket right downstairs. The room has a view of the Eiffel Tower 🗼! We could cook in the room, which saved us time and money. The elevator and air conditioning both worked well."
