Decent budget hotel. I was in town for some water sports activities and I would stay here again for the price. I would not stay here if had remote work to do on my laptop. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent (premade omelets, potatoes, sausage patties, bagels, etc). Small pool clean but not heated. Built in furniture has been remodeled, so that was nice. Otherwise this is an older value focused hotel that's naturally a little rough around the edges (carpet, chair in room, bath shower door) but totally fine within the price point. I was disappointed with the lobby gathering area. Pictures on Expedia showed a high top with outlets and USB ports, but none of these are functional. And the room is too cramped and by the front door to be comfortable. So there really was not any area to sit with a laptop for any length of time outside of your room.
