Island Travel Inn is in a good location, the rooms are clean and the staff most courteous!
Fairly affordable for a last minute booking on a Sunday. They were very accommodating and check in and out was easy.

Disliked: Amenities
Location was excellent, room less so (hot, mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, t.v. not working, telephone not working), but the bed was comfortable with clean sheets.

It’s an old building with mostly original decor. The king beds are nice feature but the room we got faces a major street and the window rattles when cars pass by. The exterior enclosure is not that soundproof so we could here traffic and pedestrians talking all night
It’s an awkward place and an unusual experience where we crossed paths with a mix of people. We got a good rate, and I had read reviews, so it was not really a surprise. But nevertheless this hotel won’t be for everyone
We enjoyed our stay very much. The room, service, and price were all great.

Not a new building but clean comfortable beds relatively quiet. No room service or breakfast options but value for money in a prime position close to city centre.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Easy walk into the city through Chinatown. The building is tired but the new management are working to improve things.

Clean and comfortable beds on the plus side. Free parking. Not in a great area, lots of noise and people having a tough time in life all around. Staff was friendly but building is run down. Didn’t feel insafe but not particularly comfortable with family
Front desk representative was very helpful and helped us navigate some booking and check-in issues (not the fault of the hotel or Expedia). Patient and solutions-oriented.
Parking was easy and secure, and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The hotel room decor is bit dated, but totally fine if you're not looking for something 4-star. We would stay there again.
