“This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We……

“Bungalow Ven Song is a true gem of a boutique hotel. I cannot recommend it enough. Get a bungalow on the river if you can. Take the guided boat tour. Eat at their restaurant- where the choices of delicious entrees are mouth watering. Great time.”
