“Everything about this place is excellent. Excellent staff excellent food great clientele lots of kids playing in the pool, but it shuts down at nine so it’s quiet fifth floor balconies overlooking the front are amazing for morning birding. Great bartender. Concierge very good. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Quinta Bella! Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The entire property staff was great, very polite and helpful. The Frozen Bar staff at the pool was fantastic, very friendly and service was great for all 14 days of our stay. The property is a close walk to both Santa Cruz and La Crucecita and there is a great park close by to see iguanas.”

“La propiedad es buena y nos atendió muy bien Alma, solo son algunos puntos a mejorar, deben de mejorar la limpieza de la alberca y jacuzzi, un día se pasaron de cloro en la misma y nos irritó la piel, el jacuzzi debería estar prendido en los mismos horarios de la alberca ya que teníamos que pedir que lo prendieran y de la misma forma deben mejorar la limpieza porque tenía insectos y basuritas, referencia al desayuno falta variedad, no está rico, es austero y la muchacha que nos atendió en el……

“It was an okay place to stay for a few nights. Most people working here are really nice and helpful. Beds were quite hard and the bedding is not especially comfortable. We moved rooms because they were doing renovations including the roof and pool and it was loud. I would recommend a garden view because it is pretty, and more quiet than the pool and road facing rooms. Food was fine if you’re not picky. They play old music videos for entertainment at the one restaurant, but there is some live……

“The location and price are amazing so you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly, but the hotel desperately needs updates. Beds are firm (and one in our room that should be replaced), but this is typical in Mexico. No SDB is in the room. Lots of drawer and closet space for clothes.”
