“I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. The picture that Expedia had online look nothing like this place I took pictures. Needless to say, I did……

“Easy check-in and check-out, but the property was advertised as bed and breakfast, and there was no breakfast at all. The area was very busy, noisy and dirty. "The room is clean & tidy. In the 1st night, there was NO blanket. I whatapps to the Famalu apartments. But, I feel surprised that she told me why do I check first & ask the cleaning lady. Do I need to check the list of having all basic stuffs before I can go out ? Of course, no blanket can be provided at that night. Fortunately, it is still warm. I wonder if this is the way to communicate to yr client like this…you guys think of it!!!! Dear Expedia, First, I don’t know what will be the issues of my comment. I didnt violate your 3 requirements. I can only change the owner to this apartments. I m telling the fact. If Expedia don’t want to post it, it is fine. But, it means you do not want the client to know the fact. Do I need to cap the screen cap to you as supporting documents? That is, no more, Tks!"
