Room and hotel extremely run down, bed was torn and had poop stains on the comforter, shower tub was cracked and leaking, some gross sticky substance on counter top, hotel apparently ran out of shampoo and told me I had to go to to the store at 10pm if I wanted to shower. When asking to to cancel my reservation Gigi who was useless offered me another room after lying earlier saying they were completely booked up and tried putting me in an equally disgusting room.……
