“Employees made our three day's feel uncomfortable and very unwelcomed. Day and night staff are very rude. Over half the time both room keys didnt work. My son had a seizure the first night there. The hotel had no wheelchair to take him out on and the female employee had no care and just went and sat down. I have to move him from the second floor on the luggage cart :( I will Never stay at this place again!!!!!”

“Leaving a 3 star because management should have responded a message i had sent 3 days prior to arrival. a NON-REFUNDABLE because pet, plus the pet fee extremely high. Higher than the price of the room Automated message said that but i kept asking if it was correct or it was mispelled , if they could have responded on time would have cancelled and find somewhere else that the fee is less than the daily price. Problem is the management; not employees and not the place”

“The elevator wasn’t working the night we arrived but it was the next morning. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was slightly dirty. The staff was good. The breakfast was good.”

“We didn't like anything about the room, it was an old property that was poorly upgraded, we had water damage above the shower, the the floors in the bathroom have yuk in the corners, the shower leaks in the floor. The beds are uncomfortable, they need more pillows, the free breakfast was cereal, the parking lot has pot holes it terribly needs repaving”

“First room asssigned the aC was not working but we persevered the first night due to exhaustion and believing it just needed time. The next morning I called front desk and reported they stated they had no maintenance on deck and she could move me immediately, which she did within 10 mins. So outside of the first night the resolution turnaround was fantastic wish I would have noticed the AC when I checked in but we were out preparing for graduation the following morning. I’d like to be comped……
