There was no complementary breakfast to make up for the elevator is not working nor were we offered any type of discounts this was horrible. and the Plumbing in the bathtub was also horrible. The water was not going down in the bathtub. It was filling up."

When addressed hotel staff was the rudest people I've came across I checked out did not stay request a refund due to the condition and it was ignored instead of police were used to threat."
