“I booked this property because it was close to the softball tournament that my daughter was participating. The outside of the property is well lit and visible. The rooms had charging points, tv, microwave, and refrigerator. This property does not have an elevator or a working pool. One of the guests who told me he lived there said the pool hasn’t worked in a long time. We had good AC, but the floor felt sticky a lot. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. “I faced multiple issues during my stay. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a terrible odor. The bathroom faucet was also faulty—it sprayed water at full pressure, soaking our clothes every time we used it. Later, I used the guest laundry facilities. There was no sign indicating the dryer was broken, but it failed to dry my clothes even after two full cycles. In the end, I had to check out and load a bag full of wet laundry into my car. Breakfast was mediocre at best. While the front desk……
