"The good: The room was very spacious and clean. The room had a full size fridge. Fridge and microwave worked as expected. They provide dishwasher powder and wash washing machine powder. Dishwasher worked as expected. What went OK: Staff tried to be helpful. Breakfast is decent, but nothing to write home about. They had the same things every single day. The bad: I tried simply toasting something, and the toaster triggered the fuses. They had to replace the toaster. The oven buzzed in a weird way. They did send someone to fix it. It left me having a little confidence in their appliances and I was afraid to wash my claws with the provided washer and dryer. I didn’t want to end up with a load of wet clothes. Cleaning staff did not come as scheduled. Overall, the space would have been perfect if appliances and electrical components had worked the way they should. "

"We had trouble with the internet ,not always being connected. Our phones would say connected without the i nternet. When we when down to the desk,our phones would connect, go to our room disconnect. It was never solved. On the second last day,offered to change our room. We declined the offer as we were there for 3 weeks and no help with thej internet,and we were leaving the next day."

"This a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. You can walk around to nice restaurants and shopping mall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. It was raining the day we stayed there and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel. We had a great stay and would love to stay again."
