"Staff was nice. First room had no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. In the morning I brushed my teeth and the sink filled up and wouldn’t drain and the refrigerator didn’t work. Moved me to a second room and that room had dirty towels. "

"Great place to stay to experience virtually no disturbing noise or other distractions. Centrally located between Naples, Penn Yan and Hammondsport for excursions to those places which was one of our objectives. Stayed in the downstairs bedroom and it was very comfortable. Had good lighting throughout the cabin. Pleased to have stayed here."

"We had such a nice stay here, in fact, I wish we booked it longer! Everything was clean and the place was even more spacious than the pictures show. There’s also so much to do around the area! Plus the hot tub was beautiful after a long day of hiking and going to the winery. The place is dog friendly and my dogs had an absolute blast. Ian was very helpful and very communicative, especially when I realized I had a last minute blunder on my end. We will definitely be back in the future! "
