“Nice place to live (self catering type) but a slop hill of about 25m to walk through if on foot. With 7 day pass, it is easy to travel to Boston city about 40mins. Nearby, get restaurants and 7-11. It is a good place (cost effective) to stay for my Boston marathon and walk around Boston. ”

“The kitchen was not available. It was shared restrooms, and bath. There was no parking, there were rats outside and roaches in my room.\n They did not specify in the initial booking. If it was hotel or Not. The staff member or property manager that helped me was not very helpful. Was rude mean and disrespectful when I was asking about where to park my company truck, which is 36 feet long?He told me to park it 5 minutes down the road.Stop complaining and suck it up.This is boston....Where his……

“The property is unique and the setting is beautiful. We could tell it was once a magnificent mansion. The view is stunning of the bay. Because of the age it is in need of updates. The paint is peeling and the furnishing are old. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The method of communication is interesting. When we arrived we pulled into the driveway and I entered in through a sliding glass door. It was open and there was a welcome sign. There was also an indoor pool that is not accessible……

“Avoid this place . I arrived after 11pm (for a $650 - 2 night stay) walked into the assigned room and found an unmade bed with dirty covers on the couch/floor (to be put back on the bed ??Gross !!) I waited in the hallway while they tried to find a clean room (no manager on site) , was told I would have to switch to a new room in the morning and to top it all off the temporary room also had dirty bedding :( They woke me up 6hrs. later to switch rooms. NO APPOLOGIES , just a wake up call……

“Unique stay in a very cool old house. I am a 6ft tall woman though and didn’t realize the ceiling height in our room would be approximately 5’11” so I did have to walk like a shrimp haha. We also had difficulty with the electric lock on the front door every single time we tried to get in. We felt as if maybe the battery was dying in it. Called the number on the app and left a voicemail when we were locked out for a while last night and never heard back, like at all. Not even today. Would……
