“Everything was great. Only issue was the barista that was there this morning. The others that were there from the time we arrived were great but the one today really was quite the shocker. Granddaughter and grandson went to grab a drink before we headed out. Granddaughter asked for a venti iced matcha. Response was short and stern .. "this isn't like every Starbucks I can't make that, nope can't do it." Unfortunately granddaughter was under the weather and was sensitive to this girl's rude……

“Everything was great. However I’m scoring it low because I’m so upset with the mandatory $40 per day “resort fee”. Since when are we forced to pay for services we don’t get??? I never used any “resort” amenities. We just slept there. Absurd! It should be illegal to charge for a service you don’t get. That’s stealing!”

“There is no elevator. The smell in the corridor is very bad. The room also smells very bad.”

“Nice pool area. Spacious Fitness room was clean and fresh. Family Games available for borrowing. Plenty of BBQ grills and patio chairs. We liked having a fridge and microwavethe on our room. the room felt secure. The beds were very comfortable. I did not like the surprise $25 parking fee.”
