"Room was very clean but small by Canadian standards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were amazing. Room was very quiet. Hotel was close to bus, train and tube transport. Would stay there again."

"The hotel looked lovely, staff were very nice. We had a studio apartment and the view was really nice overlooking the water. The only downside was that the room hadn’t been checked properly before we checked in, there was old food in the fridge from the previous people, the shower amenities were empty and there was no cutlery to stir my morning coffee. Apart from those things, it was a nice place to stay. I’m not sure if I would return but the place and location were nice."

"Excellent hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice size and very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, but the gym was very well appointed. The best part is the awesome location. Just blocks away from Tower of London and right next door to the medieval St. Olaf'a church. Highly recommend getting a tour of that as well. Free water in the room. The only thing that would have made it better is if I had a view. But that's pretty much always the case for me. :)"

"Lovely welcome and such a nice surprise to be upgraded for our anniversary. Bed was huge and really comfy. Meal was excellent in the restaurant and couldn’t be a more perfect location for an early flight. Stayed many times and would not hesitate to stay here again for our next trip out of Stansted. Thank you to the staff for making our stay special"
