"Heater didn’t work had to change rooms. Pet charge was high. Doors stuck - hard to open outside door. Nice host at front desk but thick accent. When we had to move to another room they didn’t offer us any help. They made it look like it was our fault the heater didn’t work. Pet charge at nicer places was $15 but it was $25 here. Really adds up for each night and they don’t have to do anything for that $25."

"The staff was friendly, the bathroom in our room wasn't very clean, the hot tub was broken, the lazy river was a fun but the water was a bit cold and the air was cold so we didn't stay as long in the pool as usual because we got uncomfortably cold. "
