“Clean, simple accommodations. Being above the base facilities is a little bit of a nuisance for apres ski activities but is rectified by the regular free shuttle bus. My only complaint is with the main bed frame (bunk bed) being a little impractical but this is a minor issue. Would be great value for families if they’re OK with close quarters.”

“The Summit View Bed and Bath was well appointed and in a convenient location. The suite was exceptionally clean upon arrival and we enjoyed the freshly renovated room and bathroom with tasteful decor! Plenty of quality towels and bath products were provided and the bed linens were lovely. The information book provided was very helpful and gave us all of the information we needed! So close to the ski hill and other attractions including the quaint town of Kimberley! Would highly recommend!”

I was initially able to book and pay for an early check-in, only to later be told it was “too early” and that I would be reimbursed. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my refund. To make things more inconvenient, I had to rebook early check-in the day before arrival through a completely different link. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily complicated. The……
