"Very spacious for my family and I. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved how modern the place was and how well the kitchen was stocked with kitchen appliances. "

The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!

My wife and I really loved it! The room was very cozy, made us feel lazy. Breakfast was the best I've had at any BandB or hotel anywhere! When you check in, they take your order. The ingredients are from their own backyard including fresh eggs, fruits, herbs, seasonings. Very quiet residential neighborhood. If I had an unlimited bankroll, I would just move in for the rest of my life!

Very friendly staff. The room was very nice and big. As a smoker my husband love the patio off the room. Had a desk and a small table, so plenty of room to play cards and dominos. There is no coffee pot in the room. The parking was a bit of a problem if you came in later that 10:00pm. Not sure there is enough parking spaces for rooms. We did how ever fine a place to park up by the maids landry room.

My only problem with the property is there is no heads up that Quality Inn parking lot does not have direct access to the road. It's difficult to see in the dark that you have to access via Comfort Inn's parking.
