"The first thing my family and I said was "wow" when we walked in. This is the cleanest and cutest house we have stayed in. Erika is a thoughtful host- from a cute smore substitute due to the fire ban, to towel bundles, to laying hay by the fence so the animals would come by to eat. It's a nice location to be somewhere quiet, yet easy enough to get to the waterfalls and such a long the river. It's a good child proof home that was great for my kids (age 3 and 5) to play the games upstairs. Horse shoe pit and hot tub was a great bonus! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay "

"Beautiful property nestled among the trees. The lake was very pretty. The house was stocked with games and puzzles for family game night. We enjoyed our short stay and we were very comfortable. "
"Wow, what a lovely setting, right on the Sandy River in the forest. We enjoyed watching bald eagles, osprey, ducks, and even a deer swimming across the river all from the wonderful shady deck. We enjoyed swimming in the river, and watching the lazy rafters drifting past. Nine of us converged to attend a family wedding that happened to be within a mile of this lovely house. The house was very clean, modern, simply decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook for our big group. "
