"The place was run down inside furniture old, terrible strong chemical smell in the room from cleaning and the lobby and hallway floors were dirty. First room they put me in had no heat and a plug in floor heater. Would never stay again."

"One of the front desk night staff was horribly rude. She was rude to me when I called to ask about wifi. She was rude to another guest that asked simple question. When I walked out to start my car she never pulled her face out of her phone. I stood in lobby while car was warming up she never looked up once from her phone. Walls were paper thin and could hear people next door partying until middle of night. Day staff and other night staff were very nice. "
