"Nice hotel. We enjoyed staying here. Very nice front desk and very clean. So close to downtown, so convenient! Would stay here again and would recommend it."

"The rooms could definitely use some TLC. The carpet was stained. A floor lamp with a missing on/off knob. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The freezer part of the fridge was so full of ice you couldn’t put anything in it. On a good note; the bathroom was very clean, however, the water would only get warm. When we went for breakfast we were happy to see that it was very clean and there was someone there cleaning as people were getting food. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. In a pinch I would stay there again but not for what I paid this time. "

"GREAT experience! Stayed 3 nights. Incredible views, especially sunset...friendly helpful staff...just a few minutes from town. Older place, but beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. We'll be back and next time bring the rest of the family."

"This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored."
