Hotel was very busy at time of arrival. The receptionist did an outstanding job checking us in and was very welcoming. Thank you. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had many delicious choices.

Quiet little gem
My favorite area hotel wasn’t available three weeks prior to our 2-night trip so I took what was available at a reasonable rate. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for a short stay. 15 min from Dales Weston Bowling center. Pros: -Room was very clean as a whole. Even checked under the easy chair and it had been vacuumed. Bathroom felt very clean (with the exception of water being left on the floor behind the toilet) -Though we didn’t use it, the pool area looked really nice. -Queen beds were very comfortable. On the firmer side, no dipping to the center of the bed. We slept well. -Loved the LVP flooring in the room. Made it feel spacious and clean! -They had garbage and recycling bins by exits which we appreciated, especially since we opted out of housekeeping after our first night. Cons: -Walls are thin, heard a neighbors 4AM argument but they disappeared after a while. -Loud fan and heater, but they worked. -Small TV, but had plenty of channels to choose from. -1st floor view of the parking lot forced us to keep our drapes shut. No biggie, we weren’t there much. -Hallways were pretty clean, though the carpet was meh. Could take or leave: Breakfast. Nothing fancy. Waffles, toast, fruit and muffins (but wake up early!) Coffee was out by 8:30 our first morning. No one to ask for more. I was so bummed. Went to the McDonald’s next door that morning for breakfast. The staff: They were nice, didn’t make or break our stay.

Waste of money, paper thin walls, loud dogs
Adjoining rooms with hollow doors - can hear everything next to you. Two massive loud barking dogs!! Who allows them to stay all night, crying and barking at every noise they hear! Front desk man very overwhelmed, can’t handle stress, awful attitude and complained non stop about “his” awful day. No refund for barking dogs. For $191 a night, trash hotel. Whyndam name attached means nothing. Tiny 15” square pillows - what’s the point? We were moved five rooms away from the dogs but could still hear them. Could hear them outside the building. Room we were moved to had a non-functioning heat/ac unit. So we froze all night. Room was not ready at check-in and we checked in at 6pm. Never again will we stay at super 8.
