“The room was dingy, clearly hadn't been cleaned more than a simple sweep and wipedown of the counter tops. The floor was sticky, buckled, and the floorboards were sticking up, causing us to trip on more than one occasion. The room smelled like pet urine on one side of the room. The walls appeared to be mid-renovation with many spackled holes that hadn't been painted and appeared to have been there a while, with new dings/scratches still left to fix.
