Fall Family Fun at The Farm House - Spacious Country Retreat! Pet Friendly!

10/10 Excellent

"Our daughter's wedding was Halloween 2026 in Hamilton. We needed a house to support 8 people since we were coming from 400 miles away. The house in Osborn fit all our needs but for one concern, only one bathroom however we made it work. Our host Jennafer was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and roomy inside. Alot of grounds to do whatever you want. Quiet and out of the way if that's what you're looking for. Enjoy."

8/10 Good

"The building is slowing being renovated. Beautiful view of a large garden and doorstep parking. Our room had not been completely refitted with both bedside tables and the new desk, but we are looking forward to seeing how the room appears next stay. Note to self, get to breakfast a little earlier as the scrambled eggs had been devoured by the healthy Sunday night crowd, before I got to the breakfast room."

Red Roof Inn Cameron

8/10 Good

"We stayed in an accessible room and that was great with regard to bars and accessibility to the toilet, etc. The bathroom was a bit rough around the edges as the carpentry did not look quite finished. The staff was very friendly. We only have one complaint. They have a rule that you cannot leave your dog in the room when you leave the hotel. Not even if they are in a crate or carrier. This is the first time that we have run across this. This was unfortunate because we had some shopping to do and did not want our dog in the hot car. Just an fyi to be aware of this rule if you are traveling with pets."

The Estate Room at Shoal Creek B&B

10/10 Excellent

"This was a delightful stay after many hours on the road. The host was quick to respond to questions sent via messenger, provided a delicious hot breakfast, and background information about the town. We stayed in the Estate room which was large and had a daybed in addition to the king. Walking distance to Main Street and the shops. Highly recommend this property!"

The Garden Room at Shoal Creek B&B

10/10 Excellent

"This was a unique little place in a very quiet and serene area. It was very clean with plenty of space with comfortable chairs and sofa. They really did a great job converting the silo into a cozy place to stay. Christie was very responsive. It is just a short distance to the downtown quilt shops. There are seats out back to sit and look out over the pond. Just beautiful. We absolutely loved it. If we ever get back this way we would definitely love to stay here again."
