“This complex sits off of the road and away from the traffic. It makes it very nice and quiet. We stayed for a few days just after the Fourth of July. It is very convenient and close to many area sites and attractions.”

“Property as described. Only complaint, had an issue with tv. It was fixed the next day. But no one contacted me until 2 days after the original complaint.”

“Great location.1 mile off I95, located on Rt 1. Owner and staff friendly. Studio apt was roomy and clean. Would definitely book again when going to Wells ME.”

“Great location on Route 1. Numerous beaches, nature preserves, shops/restaurants within 1-3 miles. We brought 2 little kids and they loved the pool. The pool was a big highlight. Great placeto enjoy the local spots and come back to relax and unwind.”

“We absolutely loved the place. We were 3 adults and we had plenty of space. The only thing I would add is some pots/pans/fan above the oven. Otherwise, it was perfect, very quiet, well located, people were really nice on site. We would definitely go again!!”

“We just returned from a lovely vacation in the Loft unit. The location was amazing, kitchen well-equipped, and the space comfortably accommodated two adults and three tween/teen children. A definite re-book! ”

“House had excellent access to beach, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, and the owner supplied beach items which was awesome. I did not see the listing mention that you need to bring your own towels and sheets, but the owner was very accommodating and provided these at my request. I really enjoyed the porches and deck as a great place for morning coffee or to wind down in the evening and catch an amazing breeze. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean and smell the ocean air from the front……

“The entire place was immaculate. Plenty of supplies on hand and very pet friendly. Our dog took off with the zoomies as soon as we took him off leash in the fenced in back yard. We will definitely book there again the next time we are in town visiting family.”

“Great time, incredible location!”

“It was perfect. Got to relax and sit in the screened in porch and read. Was only ten minutes ride to the cliff house where we attended a wedding. Also, great thrifting and antique stores right across the street. Very short ride to Perkins cover. Would stay there again and recommend ”

“Our second stay in this apartment (and third at this property - stayed downstairs the first year). We love the location - beach right across the street, short walk to shops/arcade on Mile Road. Layout of the apartment is great, working laundry in the basement, lots of beach stuff to borrow in the basement, parking is easy, hosts are easy to communicate with. We will be back. ”
