"The place was small but highly effective to stay. Great little kitchen full of utensils, table to eat, light and air via windows, the bed was comfortable and so were the chairs. The bathroom had two sinks and a roomy shower. Parking was ample and location close to things. And if you have friends in the area, great place to invite over for a meal or to hang in the clubhouse for a game of billiards or a swim. Would definitely stay here again. "This was our favorite stay of the entire trip! We flew into Boston, drove up to Salem, and then made our way here and were so glad we did. The location is perfect, right in between Ogunquit and Kennebunk and just a block from the beach. Our room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Sheridan, who worked breakfast, was truly the delight of our entire stay. She was so pleasant and helpful, and she gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat while we were out sightseeing for the day. Every recommendation was spot-on! Breakfast was made to order and there was so much delicious food and coffee. You definitely won’t leave hungry. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return!"

"Friendly staff, check in and out was smooth. Very clean pool. Pictures on website definitely photoshopped as far as looks. Rooms were cleanish but outdated. Exterior of building lacking maintenance. For the price it was good enough for a place to sleep for a night. Not sure the distances on there website are accurate as far as nearby place. If that's a concern would definitely google map it before booking."
