“My husband and I stayed in this beautiful place in June 2026. It was very clean and all the appliances, furniture and accessories were high end. We felt very spoiled staying here for a week. Our host Cathy, was very helpful with anything we needed. It is in a great safe location with many fantastic places to eat in both walking and short driving distance. We felt like we had all Chattanooga at our finger tips. You will not be sorry if you book this beautiful little treasure.”

“Across from convention center only negative was the kitchen did not have a single spoon so trying to fix coffee in the morning was impossible”

“Great location with amazing view of river, walking distance to cute coffee shop and amazing Italian restaurant. Apartment is beautifully decorated, bed was super comfortable. Ashley is a great host and very responsive if issues arise.”

“Smooth experience.”

“We checked in late at night to the room being 85 degrees and the AC not working. When I requested assistance they had me go through the troubleshooting process on the HVAC at 12am. After that failed they moved me to another room where THAT HVAC was incredibly loud. Because I didn't want to deal with any more moves I stayed the night. The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were terrible. I slept for about 3 hours with the loud AC and noisy tenants. I contacted the host in the morning……

“We originally booked a unit on the 4th floor but was informed there was some construction and we were moved to the third floor. That ended up being a blessing with the elevators not being functional. I was concerned about the lack of parking considering I was traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs, and needing to unload/load everything (plus then haul up 3 flights). The parking garage is right around the corner and only 8/day so that worked out well. We had toilet issues initially that ended up being……
