This home features two bedrooms with a full bathroom, and a bright and cheerful sun room. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room for extra sleeping, with available partition for privacy. Amenities include central air conditioning , WiFi, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, gas fire pit, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice rental property located in a quiet neighborhood. It is very convenient to West Dennis and South Village beaches as well as everything off Lower County Road. The house itself is clean and appointed nicely. The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is small as is the newly renovated bathroom, but both are clean and usable. We tend to eat out during our stays or grill. There is also a nice outdoor shower. The main rooms combined with the patio in front are large enough to allow comfortable entertaining. I return to this house every year and will probably continue to do so.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has been updated with a sunroom which is lovely. Roomy living room, sunroom, and dining area. Kitchen and bath are small. Kitchen area has washer and dryer which is added bonus. King bedroom has comfortable mattress. We didn’t use other beds, so I can’t comment. Good sized lot with tool shed that actually isn’t frightening like some are. Yard games are in there. Nice patio in front for eating outside. Outdoor shower is very nice. Overall, the house is very nice as a summer rental. Quiet neighborhood five minutes driving time to West Dennis Beach.

Reviewer Comments: We return every season to this quiet house on Trotters Lane.The area is quiet for early morning walks and within five minutes' drive of West Dennis and South Village beaches. The sunroom is beautiful. The dining area inside and patio outside provide adequate space to have my kids and grandkids for our annual pizza night. The storage shed provides corn hole and a waffle ball and bat as well as other beach accessories. This year a fire pit was added that was great for making smores! The house has an update every year and is well cared for by the owner. We like the house and its location very well.
