“Had a great time at Captain's Lookout! This adorable house was beautifully clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. It was in a great location, in walking distance to a couple of great restaurants on the harbor and many galleries, and in near driving distance to all of Gloucester, Bass Rocks, and Rockport. There is so much to do there! We had a great time, and would definitely book this again if we're in the Cape Ann area. Thank you!”

“Great little family stay. The backyard faces a preserved marshland with a quiet natural setting where one can see flocks of cranes and egrets stalking about. The house gets you close to the front door of the famous Gloucester Blvd. and provides safe retreat in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and easy access to all the great restaurants along 133. House was impressively clean and cozy. Well appointed with a nice kitchen and a comfortable deck. Quite the jackpot! ”

“House is in fantastic shape and in a very central location. They have every thing needed for a comfortable stay and being able to wash clothes in the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Beds were super comfortable and the outside patio was comfortable and had a corn hole set up. They also provided snacks that our grandkids enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are up this way. ”

“We are more accustomed to VRBO condos and homes in South Carolina so at first....and we arrived vey late at night after a four hour airport delay...we were taken back by the multi-level and multi-areas in the house but after just one day we were all saying "wow-what a great place this is to stay". "Stay at Niles Beach" is New England charming ,completely and well decorated as if the owners lived there, very clean, stocked with everything you need and the owners were very helpful and so pleasant...
