“Our stay was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The kids were especially looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool. Before booking, I called the hotel to confirm that the pool was open and heated. While the pool was open upon our arrival, the water was extremely cold and not comfortable for swimming. “This was the second time we stayed there Like the first, the room was clean and comfortable We requested and got both times a room on the main level near the back door for easy access for our pets The pet fee of $10 per pet is reasonable The kitchenette made it easy to stay in and had dishes utensils etc - there is even a dishwasher We took advantage of free laundry facilities No breakfast but there is free coffee avail all times Great location off Rte 81 Lots of construction crews staying……

“It was remote with very few restaurants nearby. The staff was okay but not overly friendly. I found a bug in my room and turned it into the desk person but heard nothing after that. There was no offer to change rooms nor to address the incident.”
