"Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well suited for multiple families. We were in town with some friends for a baseball tournament. Friends took the lower level unit and we took the upper unit. Living room and dining room in upper unit were both big enough for all of us to visit together. Then, at the end of the evening, we had our own space. Communication with the host was excellent. Bedrooms are quite small with very little storage but the beds were super comfortable. It would be quite a stretch to sleep 6 as it has a very small pull-out couch in the main area. "Overall our stay was good. We had 22 girls, ages 8-16), 5 adult chaperones, and an infant stay. There was plenty of beds for everyone, with pillows and linens. The queen bunk beds are very wobbly, would not recommend an adult on the top bunk! Luckily we had kids on all of the top bunks. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor, so lots of stairs to haul groceries.
