Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach.

Clean room and staff was very friendly. NO laundry on site as advertised. On site restaurant was ok, just make reservations! They were completely EMPTY on several days and would tell you they had no room due to reservations, and not a single seat was occupied. Made no sense and they lost customers who were there and ready to eat. Pool was VERY cold but the kids had fun on the slide.

Service by staff was excellent! They care and it shows throughout from servers and housekeeping to the front desk. The view of Hanalei Bay from the oceanfront room was one of the best resort views I’ve seen. Our dining experience was mixed with good vibes to the Sandbox by the pool. Valet service and smiles get a big ‘mahalo’ from me.

We stayed here two times within last 2 years and this is very affordable hotel in central location with easy access to the both sides of the island. Also it is very close to the Kapaa and coconut market area which makes it very convenient. Hotel itself is ok. It has very big potential. Good place ...
