"I honestly can’t say enough good things about this stay. It was perfect from start to finish. The room was absolutely stunning: super modern, beautifully designed, and spotless. It felt more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel room. What really made the experience stand out though was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was beyond friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make everything easy for us, from organizing luggage storage so we could enjoy our day stress-free, to quickly setting up a taxi without any hassle. It’s rare to find a place that nails both style and service this well, but they did exactly that. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"Dirty walls in bathroom. The view outside was the dumpsters and the back of the next building. Not a quiet stay. Traffic outside was very loud."

"Room ac gave out night 1 of my stay. Itchy sheets, bite marks. Portal AC was placed as a fix but it was just too noisy. Hotel has no water stations nor ice or any places to store food/beverages. First and last time there for my personal preference"
