Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Dale View Cottages
The room was very small and the bed was a small double which again is small. That been said shower was very good and the location was good I clearly got it wrong as I thought we were getting what now looks like the cottages and not a room. That was my fault and not the owners
