"Beautiful property and very helpful staff, even helped us add an extra day since we wanted to stay longer. The aquatics center was great and relaxing. Overall I'll book here again when im in Wheeling next time"

"First and foremost most people want to know how is the breakfast and what kind of breakfast was it? It was the full continental hot breakfast with hot scrambled eggs, waffle maker, machine, sausage or bacon and all of the other things you would expect during breakfast so that part was good as far as the room itself it was clean and orderly. There were no signs of any pests. There was a 24 hour coffee and juice station which was very nice and the location was pretty good close to all of the shopping of Robinson Township and close access to the highway My recent giving it three stars instead was both times coming in to check in and also leaving there was absolutely nobody at the desk. I actually had to wait to check in at the desk for over 10 minutes before somebody showed up, that is unacceptable. Then even though I booked this on Hotels.com, they had my name completely mixed up inverted and misspelled. I don’t even know how that would happen when I’m the one doing the booking and I have all of my information on the screen. When I was checking out not a big deal there was also nobody at the desk once again I had to take a quick look and the girl was in the laundry room and she said just throw the key in the jar so not a huge deal but they have to do much better at making sure that there is someone at the front desk at all times or at least watching the front desk lobby area."
